What’s next for MTE? The travelling Mining and Technical Exhibition will be hosting two gold focused exhibitions that will bring suppliers face to face with key industry players.

Kicking things off in Johannesburg, MTE will make a stop at Doornkop, Randfontein on 11 November, a deep-level, single-shaft operation. The mine focuses on the narrow-reef, conventional mining of the gold-bearing conglomerate South Reef, with ore processed on-site using the carbon-in-pulp method to extract gold.
Gates open from 12:00 to 16:00, offering suppliers an opportunity to showcase innovative products and solutions to the teams, promoting productivity and safety underground.

The next stop will be at Odendaalsrus on 13 November in Free State; this is the oldest gold mining town in the district. This expo will provide another opportunity for meaningful connections and engagement with mine personnel and plant management in a more intimate, focused setting. Mining houses are invited to come and take a tour on both days.
