Exhibitor Testimonials

Just quick feedback about the show, the show was a success, and we had a great time engaging with our customers.
May you kindly share with us your year calendar for the shows and highlight the MAJOR shows.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for being so hands-on and available at both the Brits Exhibition and the Rustenburg Expo.
You honestly made our time there so much easier, and it was great knowing we could rely on you whenever anything came up—such lovely service and truly appreciated!
Just to keep you in the loop, I’ve sent the Middelburg invoice through to management this morning and have asked them for a definite “yay or nay” today, so we know whether you should go ahead and invoice us accordingly.
I’ve also shared the updated exhibition calendar for the year with them.
My MD mentioned it might be worthwhile to consider expos in regions where we don’t yet have a strong presence, as there could be great opportunities to tap into.
Once I have feedback from them, I’ll be sure to revert back to you so we know how to move forward, please bear with me.
Thanks again for everything, Sheldon—really appreciate your support.

As Flexco Africa, we attended quite a few MTE tradeshows across South Africa in 2022. As a company who supplies conveyor belt accessories to the mining industry and alike, we have found the MTE tradeshows very valuable.
Besides the great service experienced from the organization team, the tradeshows have given us opportunities to meet valuable contacts, gather information on the market, learn more about the variables impacting the mining industry and overall gain significant brand awareness across the country. Exhibiting at the MTE shows have proven to be more valuable than expected and we are excited to be exhibiting at 20 tradeshows across Africa in 2023.

Pferd South Africa decided to make use of MTE Expo format in our marketing strategy in 2020.
We exhibited at two of the exhibitions, Cullinan and Lephalale.
Both exhibitions surpassed our expectations. The attendance to our stand was very good and the interest from many of the visitors to our stand was really unexpected. What pleased us most though, was the level of attendees that expressed interest in the range of products that our company manufactures. It is very difficult to visit the industries that are targeted by MTE Exhibitions.
In both instances we created enough interest to generate sales that will, we believe, benefit both our distributor network and obviously ourselves. MTE Exhibitions seemed to be spot on with regards to our market.
The staff and organizers were professional and assisted us far beyond our expectations.
It is rather disappointing that our participation at these events was curtailed by the unexpected Covid-19 pandemic.

Amaya Industries: Leader in Key Control and Device Management
Historically, we hadn’t invested much in marketing, but recently we decided it was time for a complete overhaul—expos included. MTE Expos proved to be a great platform: intimate enough to allow for meaningful engagement, yet professional and well-organised.
At first, we experienced mixed results due to the placement of our stand. However, for the Zondereinde expo, we made a strategic decision to arrive early and secure a prime spot right in front of the registration tent. This turned out to be our most successful expo to date in terms of visibility and engagement. We nearly ran out of brochures and estimate that around 90% of attendees either stopped by for a conversation or collected our details for future reference.
Our key and device management systems play a vital role in the mining industry, especially in meeting the DMR’s strict compliance standards. We’ve seen strong interest from all corners of the industry, not just for systems that meet the minimum requirements, but for those that are reliable, efficient, and built to last. At Amaya Industries, we take pride in offering the most robust and durable solutions available, which gives us a distinct edge over our competitors.
Being positioned at the front of the expo, where every visitor enters, creates a win-win situation. Not only does it boost visibility for Amaya Industries, but it also elevates the MTE experience. Visitors are immediately introduced to a product that’s essential to mining operations, not just a “nice-to-have.” We believe this sets a strong tone for the expo and reinforces the event’s value to its attendees.

It was such a pleasure exhibiting at MTE Rustenburg. Visitors were plenty which afforded us the unique opportunity to interact face-to-face with the mining market which would otherwise not be possible in these times.
The organization from the MTE team was excellent and every effort was made to assist exhibitors. Sanitizing stands and frequent reminders ensured that all Covid-regulations were met during the event. Overall a great experience!

First off, I’d like to extend our sincere thanks to you and your colleague for all the hard work and dedication put into the preparations. Your efforts have been truly appreciated, and they’ve played a key role in making Steelpoort Expo run smoothly.
We’re wondering if you could let us know when we might receive the invited visitors list spreadsheet? Having this information would help us better plan for the upcoming marketing.
Thanks again for your great work!
Best regards,
Jack

Well, for Rustenburg branch the show was a great success.
We had contact with various customers on the mines, which we could not go and see under normal circumstances.
We also had the opportunity to see a lot of people where we had no vendors open, and discussed the right procedure to go about with opening vendors by them. We got contact details of the right people to see regarding opening of vendors.
Due to the circumstances with this whole Covid thing, and suppliers being denied access to a lot of people on the mines, this created eagerness under the customers to see suppleirs, and to do business with them. The customers are hungry to see suppliers, and this was a golden opportunity for Renttech to meet with the right people in Rustenburg.
I hope that this will benefit the other Renttech branches as much as it benefited Rustenburg Branch

We have recently started exhibiting our products at the MTE expos. We have been impressed by the level of organisation of the expos, the quality of the visitors, the location of the expos, and the quality of the other exhibitors.
The MTE staff is competent and helpful. We are happy to be involved in MTE and their expos”

This letter is to certify that Interact Media Defined (MTE) recently held a mining show, at which we were able to obtain a few stands for our clients. The show was well organised and our clients also managed to get few leads.
Seda will continue to use Interact Media Defined (MTE) services because of their prior activity, and I recommend that you put them to the test.

Impact Turnkey Refractories is the local company in Lichtenburg, North West province for all your “Refractory” needs.
Thank you to MTE exhibition company for a wonderful, successful and excellent 2021 Cement & Industrial Expo that was held in Lichtenburg on 18 November 2021. We will definitely support MTE Exhibition Company in the future. The staff and organisation was of world class quality.
We also take this opportunity to show our gratitude to “Allied Mineral Products SA” a world leader in the design and manufacturing of Monolithic Refractories and precast shapes, and to “Demolition and Drilling Equipment” supplier of Brokk and Bricking Solutions equipment in South Africa for joining “Impact Turnkey Refractories” as the host. Thank you for your support and enthusiasm.
There was great interaction and support from Lafarge, PPC, Afrisam and Sephaku cement.
The exposure was magnificent, and the goal is to get the local business and to be the best.
If you are interested in any Expo’s provider that provides the service to fit your requirements and budget feel free to contact MTE exhibition company.
If we work with world class partners like MTE, Allied Mineral Products and DDE, I think we can bridge the gaps and bring in new partnership’s, stakeholders and companies to join the ride to success.

Our team enjoyed the event on 11 April and from my discussions with them they seemed to have brought back at least 30 quality leads that they will be in contact with this week.
Thank you for your assistance throughout and we look forward to attend the next event!

Tru-Trac Rollers has been an exhibitor for many years at the Mining Exhibitions you host throughout South Africa and some of our neighbouring countries.
We as a company have always benefited from attending these shows by allowing us to interact with all the visitors attending. It gives Tru-Trac Rollers the opportunity to promote our products and launch any new products into the market place, allowing us the target certain personal.

We recently participated in the MTE in the North West and I must say it was worthwhile, a lot of leads.
If you are interested please speak to Sheldon in copy.
