Where would you like Mining and Technical Exhibitions (MTE) to host exhibitions in 2027? We are already planning next year’s exhibition calendar and would like to hear from our exhibitors. Tell us which mining regions, industrial hubs or operations you would like us to visit so that we can continue connecting suppliers with the industries that need them most.
For more than three decades, MTE has built its reputation by taking exhibitions directly to the industries they serve. Instead of expecting mine personnel and plant operators to travel long distances, we bring suppliers to the heart of the mining, manufacturing, paper and pulp, smelting, ports and heavy industries. This approach has created thousands of valuable business connections and continues to deliver strong returns for exhibitors.
Throughout each year, MTE hosts exhibitions in many of South Africa’s key industrial and mining regions. From the platinum-rich Bushveld Complex to the iron ore operations of the Northern Cape, the coalfields of Mpumalanga, the mineral sands operations of KwaZulu-Natal and the copper mines of Limpopo, every exhibition is designed to place suppliers in front of the people who influence purchasing decisions.
Recent exhibitions in Saiccor, Richards Bay and Phalaborwa once again demonstrated the value of this approach, with exhibitors engaging directly with mine managers, engineering teams, maintenance managers and project leaders. Earlier this year, MTE also visited several other major mining and industrial regions, continuing its mission of bringing industry together where business happens.
As investment in mining and infrastructure continues to grow, new opportunities are emerging across the country. Expansion projects, new processing facilities, renewable energy developments and mine-life extension programmes are creating fresh demand for innovative products, technologies and services.
That’s why we are asking our exhibitors where they would like MTE to exhibit in 2027. Are there mining regions, industrial plants, processing facilities or emerging project areas where you believe MTE should host an exhibition? Are there operations your sales team would like greater access to? Is there a province or industrial hub where you see increasing business potential?
