We have all had to get through the past year and a half by changing the way we think and do things, MTE is no different. The exhibition industry has been hard hit by Covid-19 and the gathering limitations imposed by government. Despite these challenges, MTE has come up with a jam packed fourth quarter calendar. We are pleased to announce that we have secured expos in a number of booming mining locations where projects have recently come on-line.

MTE’s strong relationships in the industry and the mining and industrial operations are proof of the benefits of attending our high impact exhibitions. This has enabled us to schedule our Northern Cape combo exhibition tour for the end of September and our stands are almost sold out! Hotazel will be held on 28th September 2021 and Kathu on 30th September 2021.

Further to this, our very well-known Steelpoort mining exhibition will be hosted on 7 October 2021 at the Winterveld Rec Club, supported by the mining operations and smelters on the eastern limb platinum and chrome belts. This exhibition has always been a great success with excellent feedback from our exhibitors due to high attendance from the various operations in the area.

Next on the calendar for October is our Lephalale Mining & Industrial exhibition incorporating power stations, to be hosted on the 21 October 2021. We have seen exceptional growth in the exhibition over the past couple of years due to expansions at Grootegeluk and of course developments at the Medupi power station.

All our exhibitions follow strict government Covid-19 regulations, and the mining operations in the areas we are hosting the shows are aware of these protocols and are happy to support the exhibitions.
