On 27 January 2025, multinational mining and metals processing group Sibanye-Stillwater (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) advised that Laurent Charbonnier had resigned as chief commercial and development officer (CCDO), effective 31 January 2025.
The company said that Charl Keyter, chief financial officer of the group would, in addition to his normal duties, act as interim CCDO until further notice.
