We are in the third month of Tuesdays where Mining and Technical Exhibitions (MTE) shares helpful hints with exhibitors. The tips are courtesy of Gavin Sharples book, How to Make Money on Exhibitions.
Today’s tip Tuesday is the last one for November where we are focusing on managing the stand effectively at an expo.
Nerve centres
Set up an exhibition back-up office or nerve centre at your company for immediate follow-ups, thank-yous, faxes (before the visitor gets back to the office), urgent responses, stock replacements, etc.
Find more useful information which includes tips, safety hints and case studies from the book. Visit https://www.gavinsharples.co.za/book-how-to-make-money/ to get a copy.
Next week is a new month which means a new topic for tip Tuesdays.
