In July the MTE Team will be visiting the areas of Hotazel and Kathu for another round of expos as well as the Kathu Golf Day which promises to be an enjoyable experience for our Northern Cape exhibitors.

The Hotazel expo will take place on 19 July, hosted by the Hotazel Rec Club. Hotazel is home to several important mines and, combined with Black Rock, holds the largest manganese reserves in the world – of both low-grade and high-grade ore. This will allow those catering to the manganese industry to show off their best products and services, whether it be dust suppression equipment, filtration systems, fire suppression, screening solutions or conveyor technology, among others.

If you have a solution for the needs of manganese mining, there is no better time to book your stand as this expo promises to be ‘hot as hell!’

Next, the MTE Team will head off to Kathu. On 20 July the annual Kathu Golf Day will be held at Sishen Golf Club. This event is always highly anticipated by our exhibitors, who will once again battle it out for the top place while also getting an excellent opportunity for networking and conversation as they conquer the greens.

 The final event for July will be the Kathu Mining and Technical expo, which will be happening on 21 July at Hoërskool Kathu. As the iron ore capital of the Northern Cape, this expo will cater to those working within the iron and steel industries, so visitors can expect to see representatives from suppliers of pumps, mining equipment, trackless equipment, fire suppression and more.
