The global high-performance tools and equipment pioneer once again attracted the crowds at the Amandelbult MTE held on 17 October 2019 in Limpopo.

“With only two more MTEs remaining for Chicago Pneumatic to attend this year, we are committed to generating more focus than ever before on our one-of-a-kind CPPG generators,” shares Eben van der Vyver, Chicago Pneumatic business development manager – Southern Africa. “These state-of-the-art machines boast premium Belgian manufacturing quality and are the best-fit for private and professional customers in the construction, demolition and rental sectors.”

Exploring the cutting-edge CPPG generator range, van der Vyver explains that these generators are available in 2.3Kva to 14Kva models in petrol and diesel engines, silenced as well as in open frame variants. These generators comprise a solid main frame with a protected electrical panel and extra reinforcement around sensitive components. In addition, all sockets are covered and recessed. The large, reinforced fuel tank enables customers to increase productivity and ultimately profitability through extended operational periods and fewer stoppages required to refuel.

Placing customer’s needs at the forefront of design, Chicago Pneumatic has smartly developed the CPPG generator range to deliver a stable electrical output and AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) for constant operation. With an ergonomic handle design for seamless lifting, these easy-to-manoeuvre generators can be effortlessly transported and are adaptable to harsh environments. Ultimate benefits to customers include high-efficiencies, energy savings and extended production times at the lowest total cost of ownership.

“At Chicago Pneumatic we believe that safety, reliability and superior performance are no-comprise zones, which is why we insist that our CPPG generators are thoroughly tested before they are released to customers,” confirms van der Vyver. He adds that the generator series is tested non-stop for 1000 hours at (full) 100% load, assuring customers of the company’s steadfast commitment to providing world-class generator solutions.

On the day of the Amandelbult MTE, the CPPG5 5.5Kva generator was a popular attraction, despite the scorching temperatures. Juan Fourie from Amandelbult- Senior HRD practitioner engineer was the lucky draw winner who received his generator prize from van der Vyver who was joined by Sipho Mothogoane from Chicago Pneumatic dealer, Turner Morris Pretoria.

Van der Vyver wraps up by highlighting that these prominent MTEs have played a key role in Chicago Pneumatic further expanding its footprint both in South Africa as well as in neighbouring countries – Botswana and Zambia, where some good opportunities have been identified.
