As the climate changes, the need for climate-friendly solutions is paramount. The correct use of refrigeration oils is critical – improper application can result in leaks, reduced filter lifespan and increased energy consumption. Consequently, educating the market on the best available products is of utmost importance.
Showcasing innovation and expertise
With over 50 years of experience in developing and manufacturing refrigeration oils, FUCHS has consistently set and evolved high standards in product quality and manufacturing processes. At FRIGAIR Expo 2025, FUCHS will present a comprehensive range of products tailored for major industrial applications within the HVAC sector. Attendees can look forward to exploring:
- RENISO 32, 46 and 68: These high-quality naphthenic mineral lubricating oils are designed for the lubrication of refrigeration and air-conditioning compressors, offering excellent chemical stability with commonly used refrigerants.
- RENISO TRITON SEZ range: Fully synthetic, ester-based refrigeration oil compatible with fluorinated HFC and HFO refrigerants, including R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, R410A, R1234yf and R1234ze.
- RENISO Ultracool 68: RENISO UltraCool refrigeration oils are used for ammonia refrigeration plants with deep evaporation temperatures down to < -45 °C. Due to their thermal stability, RENISO UltraCool oils avoid the formation of oil deposits and sludge in the compressor. Accordingly, Maintenance costs of the refrigeration plant (filter replacement, inspection work etc.) can be considerably reduced.
The HEVAC&R sector is undergoing rapid advancements driven by the global emphasis on indoor air quality, energy efficiency and the urgent need to combat climate change. As a vital contributor to energy use and refrigerant innovation, this sector is pivotal in shaping a sustainable future.
“In this space, refrigeration oils are crucial in lubricants and lubrication technology. The expected longevity of refrigerant compressors largely depends on the quality of the refrigeration oil used,” explains Jarryd Tate, FUCHS Application Engineer. Besides favourable solubility characteristics with the refrigerant, good low-temperature flowability, high thermal stability, good aging resistance and high chemical stability in the presence of refrigerant are additional important parameters,” Tate concludes.
“FRIGAIR is a unique opportunity for FUCHS LUBRICANTS experts to engage directly with end users and showcase the full spectrum of products available for the complete value chain,” says Ashleigh Pollen, National Industrial & Specialty manager.
Visitors are invited to explore FUCHS LUBRICANTS’ innovative solutions at Hall 5, Stand A18. The company’s team of experts will be available to discuss how the products on show can enhance system efficiency, reliability and sustainability for diverse HVAC applications.
