ISO 9001 certification is awarded on the successful completion of an audit against the ISO 9001 standard. It offers a Quality Management System (QMS) which enables an organisation to develop and improve systems to operate more efficiently, meet statutory and regulatory requirements, reach new markets and identify and address risks. The benefits to a company in achieving ISO 9001 certification are development and improvement of performance, as well as demonstration of high levels of service quality when bidding for contracts.

BSI assisted Mammoth in achieving their certifications. BSI is a business improvement partner, shaping best practice in organisations around the world, embedding excellence and building competence and capability for sustainable growth.

Mammoth CEO, Kim Ishwarlall, says, “With the ISO 9001 standard requirements deeply integrated within the company’s day-to-day operations and management thereof, Mammoth’s quality management systems are designed to ensure that governance risk and compliance extends to all facets of both organisations and all relevant stakeholders.”
