On 1 March, Setshaba Conveyor Services (Pty) Ltd, a company formed by Scorpio Conveyor Products (now Martin Engineering) and Anglo American in 1999, announced its emergence under new management to continue providing top-tier maintenance services for conveyor systems.

Under its new leadership, Setshaba has transitioned into a new era of operation. Victor Mampana and Service Mohlala have joined the management team, bringing fresh perspectives and a combination of 24 years of expertise to the company. Maintaining all the Anglo American belt cleaner maintenance contracts previously held by Scorpio Conveyor Products, Setshaba assures clients that these contracts are being upheld to the highest standards, ensuring the smooth operation of conveyor systems. Furthermore, Setshaba has successfully secured additional maintenance contracts with various companies, showcasing its dedication to expanding its reach and services.
