Swakop Uranium has taken a decision to elevate its coronavirus alert level, following the recent positive cases reported in South Africa and the fast-growing trends in the rest of the world.

Due to this increasing risk, EXCO has taken a decision to elevate its current precautionary measures onsite, cancel all non-urgent international business travels to and from high- and medium-risk countries and to cancel and/or postpone all mass gathering events.

In line with this, MTE Mining & Technical Exhibition’s Swakop Uranium show, scheduled for 19 March 2020, has been rescheduled for the 22nd September 2020, by mutual agreement.

The health of all employees and stakeholders is of utmost priority, and MTE regrets any inconveniences caused due to this decision and requests your understanding on this matter.
